Particle projected in air, is considered as three dimension event. This event is further considered as four dimension event, when this projection occurs within a moving system. Suppose a particle is projected from the point of origin O. It reaches to the destination point P. Dimension from point O to point P is measured by horizontal, vertical and longitudinal latitudes; on 3-dimension method. This actual point of origin O is underestimated. An imaginary point of origin O’ is appearing real, since projector point O’, is relatively stable in-side the moving system; as a normal three dimension event. This origin point O’ is termed as pseudo origin in four dimension event. Four latitudes of this four dimension event are: length, breadth and height from pseudo origin are three latitudes of normal three dimension event. And fourth latitude is equal to length plus deviation of system. Here, moving system has its own sub atmosphere, and it moves into the atmospheric system of earth. Fourth dimension has two atmospheric systems hence it has two origin points. One is actual origin O and other is Pseudo origin O’. Deviation of moving sub atmospheric system is also called pseudo deviation. Pseudo deviation is equal to, distance covered by the moving system during projection. Remarkably, projected particle is automatic, covering this pseudo distance, without any extra time and approach. Projected particle is silently covering an extra distance, equivalent to the pseudo distance. Additional gain in distance under relative deviation; may impact the biggest achievement in case of inter planetary event. Artificial satellites would be projected in space, targeting inter-planetary movements; to achieve the benefit of additional gain in distance, equivalent to millions of kilometer per hour journey of planets. Projected artificial satellite would silently cover an extra distance, equivalent to pseudo distance of inter-systemic relativity.
Measuring a relative projection in particle on a moving system, from its actual origin at atmospheric system of earth, is called 4th dimensional measurement. Calculation of relative projection in a moving system in system is called 4th dimension event.
Example: projector stands as origin and the particle as destination. A little boy is playing ball, in-side a car. He throws a ball at angle 60 degree. It covers height h and the boy catches it at time t, within the car. Three latitudes will remain same either the car is stop through-out the event or the car starts its journey at the speed of s kilometer per hour. But in later situation, the actual point of projection O (original origin) is underestimated in three dimensional calculations for event in-side the car. Origin considered from the position of projector is looking real but that is relatively pseudo origin due to displacement of car.
Similarly in, 5th-dimension and multi-dimension: Measurement of projection from actual origin point O in solar system relative to the projection from pseudo origin point O’ appearing real on moving planetary systems on its various polar and axis motion, during projection. Measurement of relative deviation at planet from an origin point O at center of the Sun; considering combined relative effects of polar and axis motions is simply a multidimensional measurement theory. There may multiple atmospheric systems, with their separate pseudo point of origins, from a principle point of origin O at center of Sun, under consideration with deferent motions of systems in solar system. Measuring relative deviation of a projection considering inter atmospheric systems within a system is called, theory of relativity.

Thou the consumption of lubricant oil are 1% in comparison of fuel oil. And consumption of grease may hardly 10% of that lubricant oil.

FUNDAMENTAL REASON AND SOLUTION OF RECESSION 2008
Fundamental cause and solution of recession 2008 in world market
Major areas of improvement for economic improvement at running recession, effective since 2007-2008:
* Citizen may change their habit to ignore consuming overseas products/ brands. They may find alternatives in domestic products/brands only.
* Citizen and government may take this recession as a challenge and start a joint operation of non-cooperation movement against overseas products.
* They may try to increase GDP (gross domestic production) rate of country
* Government organization may monitor, promote and invest in activities concerned to the growth of national productivity and GDP. They regulate the portfolio of overseas demand generation of consumer goods, production supports and supply chain system.
* Conversion of natural resources and raw materials in processed goods and the high-tech consumer products at their home production only.
* Change the life style at alternate track to minimize consumption of necessary life line products and unavailable natural resources like petroleum oil, crude palm oil etc.
* Citizen may adopt battery invertors as alternate of petroleum consuming generators.

Thus there are great demands of this infrastructure. Motor cars, technical goods and other products of Countries in category AAA are distributed to the world market including consumers at countries in category A. Turned up capitalist from the sale of raw material, mines and minerals in country A are also investing at overseas infrastructure with hope of regular growing economy of this infrastructure at Country AAA. Liquid cash of country A are shifting to developed countries in category AAA by this method. Cash of raw material owners in country A are becoming one half for the same product when that reaches to country AA including additional coast of transportation and others. That may further become one fourth with coast on processing in pallets and become one eighth when supplied to a motor car manufacturer, Construction Company of big infrastructures and other importers from countries in category AAA. That would further equivalent to one sixteenth or lesser than the original price of raw material used at construction of these motor cars or houses. This fraction of gross domestic production called GDP is major factor to express the fundamental reason of economy gap of countries. Countries A may control this depreciation by adopting planned steps in right direction. Countries in category AAA are obviously encouraged for multiple projects and investment on same strategy in due respect to increase their GDP. Obviously they invent and use the advance technologies for easy, qualitative, quantitative and economic production. These depict them as advance breeds in race of adopting high tech life style. They develop new models and high-tech models of luxurious cars, home appliances and other goods. Others pay the multiple and higher value to consume those cars, home appliances, dress, designs and apartments etc.
Reverse cycle of non-cooperation movement by country in category A; to avoid consumption of high-tech consumer goods and investment in fascination towards modern life styles to cease the gross domestic production GDP rate of countries in category AAA.
- Country A like India and other developing countries has learned the lesson from globalization and appreciably beating developed countries in competition. They have searched the key formula, to reverse the cycle and overcome the gap of developing and develop. Hence they have now focused on increase in GDP rate of the country. They stopped dependency over imported high-tech products of developed countries. They improved domestic system in adequate and surplus production than domestic need. Hence it damaged the complete industrial system of developed nations in category AAA resulting recession in world economy. I have attended on invitation by Dr Ambedkar foundation for the very special lunch at President hall. That was an occasion of Dr Ambedkar award distribution in April 2002. That time Mr K R Narayanan was the honorable President of India. The list of invited honorable guests includes Dr APJ Abdul Kalam became next President of India. I had also applied for this award of year 2000.
I had a valuable word by Ex-Prime Minister of India Mr Narsimha Rao expressed by him at the same date of the toughest most date of his carrier and the carrier of reputation of any Prime Ministers in India till date. That was the date of verdict by honorable Supreme Court of India for his arresting. I had suggested him an article for his probation by a letter posted to him just four days back and it happened as expected. He has also taken it positively and also include the date of my letter with word that my word immense his courage. I was satisfied with achievement that I dreamed. What else god bless me! I had contributed to protect the glory of country to preserve an Ex-Prime Minister from arresting in history of India.
Honorable First President Dr Rajendra Prasad was the greatest and genius most scholar from Indian soil. And next and rest of the honorable presidents are also from the highest academic background and achievers from their area of expertise. Attended Kailash Mansarover Yatra by external affair ministry in past. Promoted needy people at deferent steps of life. Involved in activity with absolute ethical professional value and insist other to work ethical. Always prefer to work for welfare of society and human life. Always managed genuine, legal and prestigious position in society from the available resources.
I am personally targeted to get regular source of income from my BPO establishment up to mid of 2014. That will give me regular Income of $20000 or Rs 10 Lakh monthly after investment of $50000 or Rs 25 Lakh with ten computers. I will try to get the BPO unit developed up to 50 computer units within 6 month for regular income of Rs 50 Lakh or $100000 monthly. With this regular income I shall do social activity from 25% of funding to get the self employment to all helpless people either woman or man. I will give them shelter home and opportunity of schooling, vocational training, production at shelter home, inspiration to become self dependent by their own business and income or employment. I will get them help in procuring professional degree and prime Jobs at medical, engineering, banking and civil services from the encouragement and promotions at shelter. The true family and moral training of ideal citizen ship will be provided at shelter home.
Against this honourship activity background and my past experience will help me to achieve the position of Director or Chairman from the recommendation of Ministers to avail designated post and VIP light before 2016. I will be at this post up to 2018. And I will get enough source of income from my BPO and other laisoning business etc. My social activity will defenetly support me to get recommended for appointment as member of Rajya sabha ( Higher province of Parliament in India). I will attend two term at Member of Rajya Sabha and will behave nice to be appointed as Governor of state before 2030. I hope, I may try my level best from my better dedicated service to our country for attending the honorable post of President of India between 2030-2035! If time will favor and God will bless me. I will be the future president of India at the trust in my well graceful life style and visionary support to society from all my activities!
Person actively attending the position at member of Rajya Sabha in India for two or more terms with target of future President of India may; let to attend the position of Governor of a state.
